A Los Angeles-based executive with experience in the finance space, Kirk Ayzenberg co-founded Finresi and is the president and CEO of Nextres, LLC. Kirk Ayzenberg helped launch Finresi in 2023, building an accessible and transparent online platform for debt investments in real estate. The company partners with and acquires residential and commercial loans from various lenders and is backed by institutional investors like Alumni Ventures and Ben Franklin Technology Partners.

With Nextres, Kirk Ayzenberg is part of a leadership team working to develop more efficient financial products with a mix of traditional models and emerging technologies such as AI and blockchain. He previously served seven years as president of Amres Corporation.

To stay ahead of industry trends, Mr. Ayzenberg regularly attends prominent private lending events and conferences, including the American Association of Private Lenders Conference and the National Private Lending Expo. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys traveling to new places and learning about different cultures.
